Not into goats? No worries! We come to you with everything needed for a gentle, restorative 60 minute yoga session focused on stress relief, breath-work, and helping your group reset and recharge. No experience necessary, just show up and breathe.
Venue requirements: Flat space large enough to accommodate one yoga mat per participant with comfortable spacing, ground level or elevator accessible for equipment unloading, a quiet environment free from heavy foot traffic or loud distractions, and host must sign a liability waiver prior to booking confirmation.
